Refunds On Product

There are no refunds on any personal use items, such as bracing, incontinence or anything else that touches the skin. You must contact us via email before shipping the item back to us.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, once the item has been received and inspected.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders.mtnmed@gmail.com

Final Sale Policy:

All items are final once they have been released and/or shipped.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations on orders where payment has been processed but the item has not been shipped from our supplier will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

Shipping returns

You must contact us to receive a return authorization number before shipping your product. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds On Rentals

All rental cancellations will only be subject to a 50% refund of the rental rate, delivery/shipping charges will be fully refunded. After equipment pickup/delivery all rental policies, as per the contract, apply.
